At IM8 Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
